OUR BEGINNINGS

While meditating back in 1993, I saw an angel. She had magnificent wings and was surrounded by my four children, as a teacher would be with her pupils. This vision filled me with a great comfort and a feeling of pure tranquility. As I gazed rapturously upon this glittering angel, I realized it was Nora Jean Bennett. It was the stories of Nora as told by her son, my husband, which inspired me to start a path of enrichment through meditation.

Nora was born in 1933 in Quibelle, Ontario. A small town girl, Nora liked to play hockey and absolutely loved the piano. She received great joy in life from her family (her husband, daughter and son), as well as her profession as a music teacher. Tragically, Nora was stricken with cancer at a terribly young age, and passed away in 1970. Even though I have never met Nora on Earth, after more than a decade of meditation she has guided and enlightened me.

I feel privileged and honoured to know that Nora is always protecting my family, which is why my logo is of the vision I saw, Nora the angel watching over my 4 children. She is the inspiration of my pins, bracelets, earring designs and other merchandise. It is my wish that my customers enjoy my jewellery as much as I love designing and making each piece myself. Everyone has angels watching over them, which they can communicate with for guidance and insight. There are signs all around us that they are here to help if we only take the time to see.
