Nora's Little Angels provides personally designed and handcrafted angel pins, inspirational charm bracelets, matching earrings and funky bracelets along with affirmation cards and merchandise.  Val Bennett, founder, receives inspiration through angel Nora Jean Bennett. Val is proof that through meditation and healthy living a person can find balance and peace in their life. There is no secret, all one needs is a desire to make changes and trust their intuition.

Val's meditation classes for beginners will be coming soon.  Nora's Little Angel classes invoke a stronger embodiment of ones self while getting in touch with their inner being. It is your inner self which flows through to your reality and in turn your destiny. With practice, you will learn to follow and trust your intuition.  Classes for beginners are guided with visual instructions to awaken the chakras, proceeding to silence of the mind and then acquiring a state of peacefulness. Clients can have the opportunity to visit various other qualified teachers and their resources within the Burlington, and Hamilton area upon request.

The inspirational cards are designed to assist in daily positive thoughts. Choose a card(s) face down while asking yourself what do I need to know or work on for today? The destined card will display the message needed for you.  All ages can benefit and enjoy the cards.
